Rates and Billing

Muchmore & Associates PLLC provides legal services in a simple and affordable manner. We charge a moderate and uniform hourly rate for all legal services. We do not charge for administrative services. Any costs advanced by the firm are billed through without markup.

We attempt to solve our clients’ problems as efficiently as possible. We consider the cost, the amount in dispute, and the likelihood of potential outcomes to ensure our efforts are justified from a cost-benefit perspective. While commercial litigation firms frequently charge inflated rates, perform unnecessary work, and “discount” the resulting invoices from exorbitant to merely excessive, we charge a fair price upfront.
